You can stop gx360's access at any time, and ask us to delete everything it read.
What gx360 stores

| Meta Ads | An encrypted access token, the ad account IDs and names you connected, your campaigns, ad sets, ads and creatives, and their daily results (spend, impressions, clicks, leads). No Facebook profile, friends or personal posts — gx360 never asks for them. |
| Meta Conversions API (only if you switch it on) | The events gx360 sent to Meta about your own leads (qualified, meeting booked, deal won). Contact details in them are hashed before they are stored or sent. |

How to remove it
In Meta Business settings → Integrations (or Users → System users), remove the gx360 app or its token. gx360 can no longer read anything, and the account shows "reconnect". For Google, remove gx360 at myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party access.
Send a request through our contact page with the subject "Data deletion request", the company and website it concerns, and which connection (Meta, Google or all). We confirm the request by email.
The stored token, the connection and every record read through it for that company. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices, are kept for their legal period only.
Within 30 days of the request, and we email you when it is done.
